Jeffrey M. Verdon, Esq.
Jeff Verdon is Managing Partner of Jeffrey M. Verdon Law Group, LLP. He has been practicing law in the areas of taxation and asset protection since receiving his Masters of Law (LL.M. Taxation) from Boston University in 1979.
Mr. Verdon was named by Goldline Research as one of the “Top 10 Most Dependable Lawyers of California for 2008.” He specializes in estate, trust and income tax planning, and asset and lifestyle protection planning for high-net worth clients across the United States.
Mr. Verdon was a Fellow and Senator of the distinguished Isle of Man-based Offshore Institute, a professional body that is dedicated to the education and training of competent practitioners in offshore and international finance and tax planning, and to improving the professional standards of those who dispense professional advice in this field. He is also one of the founding members of one of the earliest and most distinguished publications on asset protection planning, Jacob’s Report on Asset Protection Strategies.
In addition to his practice, Mr. Verdon is a highly sought-after speaker in the areas of taxation and asset protection. He regularly lectures aboard luxury cruise ships, and at top Investment Conferences Internationally.

Jerome M Hesch, Esq.
Jerry Hesch is a tax and estate planning consultant for lawyers throughout the country and is Special Senior Tax Counsel for Jeffrey M. Verdon Law Group, LLP.
A Former tax partner with the national law firm of Greenberg Traurig (Miami, Florida), Professor Hesch is a member of the America College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Miami School of Law (Graduate Programs in Estate Planning and Taxation) and Florida International University School of Law.
An accomplished author, Professor Hesch has published numerous articles, several Tax Management Portfolios, and co-authored a law school casebook on Federal Income Taxation, now in its third edition. Also a coveted speaker, Professor Hesch has presented for groups such as the AICPA, the University of Miami Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning, the University of Southern California Tax Institute, and the New York University Institute on Federal Taxation.
He has also participated in several bar association projects, such as the Drafting Committee for the Florida Revised Uniform Partnership Act and preparing the ABA’s comments on the IRS’s proposed private annuity regulations.

Haejin Kang, Esq.
Haejin Kang specializes in estate, trust, and income tax planning and asset and lifestyle protection planning for high net-worth clientele across the country at the Jeffrey M. Verdon Law Group, LLP.
Ms. Kang earned her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California. She also earned her LL.M. in Taxation from Loyola. Ms. Kang’s curriculum at Loyola consisted of a wide range of transactional and litigation courses, including advanced courses in estate planning and tax law. After graduating from Loyola Law School in 2006, Ms. Kang worked as an estate planning associate with a small firm in Irvine. She joined Jeffrey M. Verdon Law Group, LLP, as an estate planning and asset protection associate in 2010.
